2. Preparation space

Your team of chefs and kitchen workers are going to need space to create their culinary masterpieces. Specifically, they will need prep tables and cutting surfaces as well as a means to transfer the food from kitchen to the service staff. Stainless steel is the recommended material for these surfaces. It does not corrode easily and is easy to clean with powerful cleaning materials.
